I'm Naomi β a menopause and body transformation specialist who has spent years working with high-achieving women whose bodies are refusing to cooperate.
Before I built this programme, I was an elite athlete, stunt woman, Hollywood celebrity trainer, and I was selected in the top 21 candidates nationally for Gladiators β an elite shortlist from thousands of applicants. I competed in Miss World and Miss Universe. I qualified as a pilot. I was, by every measure, someone who knew how to make her body perform.
And then in 2010, I completely collapsed. Adrenal failure. Gut shutdown. I went from training celebrities and performing stunts to crawling to my bathroom. My nervous system had been running on emergency mode for so long that it finally stopped working altogether.
Nobody tells you that all those years of pushing through, of excellence, of doing more β they come at a cost that shows up in your body. Often in midlife. Often in menopause.
